George Soave

Associate Producer

George Soave (he/him) is a Wales-based Fundraising Consultant, Producer and Access Support Worker with over a decade of experience across the arts and cultural sector.

Alongside his consultancy work, George has held a wide range of producing and management roles with organisations including The Other Room, Unity Theatre and XTRAX/Without Walls, and has co-founded initiatives such as Cardiff Fringe Theatre Festival and Big Loop Theatre Company.

He is also an experienced access support worker, collaborating with Disabled and neurodiverse artists to enable sustainable creative practice. His work is underpinned by a commitment to inclusive arts practice, community engagement and social impact.
